Perfect snacks to go with your evening cup of piping hot tea, these lentil croquettes are easy and quick to prepare with just a few ingredients.


A pinch of sugar|besan|Bread crumbs for crunchyness|Bread slices|carrot|chaat masala|coriander|corn flour|Garam Masala|Garlic|Ginger|gms French beans|Green chillies|ground chickpea flour|Onions|potato|Red chilli powder|red lentils or masoor dal|Refined oil|to taste salt
