  • 1 cup Grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  • 2-3 Chopped green chillies
  • Chopped Coriander-hand full
  • Chopped curry leafs - hand full
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 5 tbsp Gram(besan) flour
  • 1&1/2 tbsp Ginger, garlic paste
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 pinch Baking powder


  • Clean and grated the carrots
  • In bowl take a grated carrot
  • Add chopped onions, chopped green chillies, chopped Coriander, chopped curry leafs, ginger garlic paste, salt, baking soda, besan flour, rice flour.
  • Mix well
  • Moisture in carrot is enough for dough. If required add water.
  • In pan heat oil
  • Drop small portion of dough in oil.
  • Deep fry till golden brown
  • Serve it with tomato ketchup
