Bharwa Mirchi

Perfect with any meal Quick yet very tasty bharwa(stuffed) mirchi. I have used #bhavnagari mirchi. Also you can store them in fridge for like 3-4 days.

  • 3 tbsp besan/gram flour
  • 1 tsp of salt red chilli powder, coriander powder & amchur powder each
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 spoon oil


  • Dry roast the besan. Add all the other dry ingredients & mix well
  • Slit the chillies & stuff this mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan & shallow fry the mirchis till they are golden brown from all sides.
  • Its done!
